Initial consultation Recently I had the pleasure of meeting with Emin @ Grigland Construction. He spent over two hours going over the details of the project explaining the project to me and my husband thoroughly and what are expectations should be once the job is commenced. I have to tell you my initial experience with the consultation and the pricing and the value that he brings to the table seems to be above our expectations I will update my review once the project is commenced and we have progress with the project. His first objective is to obtain the necessary permits to start the project once everything is permitted we will start the demolition and I will provide more pictures and updates as a project progresses.

We recently had to go through an emergency bathroom remodel and Emin was very fast to respond to our emergency where we had to demo an entire bathroom in order for us to fix the plumbing issue where he was able to restore the entire bathroom within a matter of weeks instead of months. My family owns a number of properties including commercial properties and I’ve had experience with remodeling companies in the past where it would take months to get the work done . But Grigland Construction I have to say everything seem to be on the up and up where he was always on top of his game always responsive and incredibly professional. I have to also mention that the pricing was very reasonable and after I met with him didn’t bother getting any other estimates because I knew I found my contractor. Regardless if you have an emergency situation or simply you would like to upgrade your bathrooms please give Grigland Construction a call you won’t be disappointed .

Emin and his team did a great job with our bathroom remodels. They were professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. They walked us through the steps and were transparent throughout the process. The communication was great and they were wonderful to work with. The experience was positive from the start. The finished results are beautiful, with excellent tile work and design.

Probably the best construction company in LA. Super friendly and knowledgeable team. They replace my house windows. They did entire plumbing, new gas line, install tankless water heater and softener system. Emin was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Definitely will recommend this business to others.
